Eniam is a Thrash Metal band from Costa Rica, known for its chuggy sound and lyrics inspired by iconic films.
The band was founded by brothers Ray and Bryan Martínez (both ex-Heavy Chains) on bass and rhythm guitar, respectively.
At the end of 2024, they began crafting a series of intense, riff-driven tracks. Once the core material was ready, they brought in drummer George Barquero (ex-Heavy Chains and Entropy) to lay down demo recordings, a key step that helped shape the band’s sound.
The lineup was completed with the addition of vocalist Ariel Flores (Viejillos Ponk and Rolling Riders) and lead guitarist Enrique Salazar, solidifying Eniam’s aggressive and cinematic metal identity.
In May 2025, the band entered DNR Studios to record, mix, and master their debut album, titled “My Dark Lens”, a heavy and cinematic journey through darkness, distortion, and complex solos.
